Short version: this site collects as close to nothing as a website can.

What this site collects

The contact form does not send anything to a server. Submitting it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled. The data goes directly from you to hello@romsconsulting.com and is stored nowhere else on this site.

Emails you send are kept in the mailbox for as long as our conversation stays relevant, and are never sold or shared.

The hosting provider [name, fill in at deployment] may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security purposes, under its own policy.

Cookies

No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party pixels.

• The only thing stored in your browser is a single localStorage flag (roms-consent) that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice. It identifies nothing and expires when you clear your browser data.
• Videos, fonts, and graphics are served from this site itself, with two animation libraries loaded from public CDNs (cdnjs, jsdelivr, unpkg). Those requests expose your IP address to the CDN, as any web request does; no cookies are set by them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and equivalent laws you can ask what data exists about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Since the only personal data handled is the email you chose to send, one message to hello@romsconsulting.com handles all three.

Changes

If tracking or analytics are ever added, this page and the cookie notice will say so before anything runs.
